Cardinal Marc Ouellet, the current Prefect of the Congregation of Bishops and a native of Lamotte, Quebec sat down with Peter Mansbridge at the Vatican for an exclusive pre-conclave interview on Saturday, March 2, 2013. The interview – the only one of its kind – was arranged and mediated by Fr. Rosica, CSB and the Holy See Press Office. The Cardinal is thought to be a strong candidate for the Papacy.
